Where we ship from:

All orders are shipped from Northern Ireland.

Processing Time:

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days.

During launch periods or busy times, this may extend slightly — thank you for your patience and support.

Delivery Options:

We currently ship across the UK & Ireland.

• UK Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked

• ROI Delivery: Royal Mail International Standard / Tracked (depending on selected option)

Delivery Costs:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.

We aim to keep shipping affordable while still ensuring your order arrives safely and quickly.

Tracking:

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another once it’s been dispatched. If you selected a tracked service, you’ll receive tracking information here too.

Due to the nature of cosmetics, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products.

This is to ensure the highest hygiene and product safety standards for all customers.

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at:
